Our provider informs us that the issue that affected several rate centers in the Quebec and Ontario regions yesterday, February 16, 2023 between noon and 4:57 p.m. Eastern Time, is now under control. Their local engineering team actively worked on alternate routing until the fiber outage from Bell and their carrier partner was resolved.
This routing is now operational and your services should be back to normal.
